From the project analysis, a full budget can be calculated. Thus giving the ability to change and fine tune different aspects of the project prior to any financial drains.

All projects must be researched. No matter how large or how small.

This research can take on many differing forms. From market research to logistical research.

Every aspect of the project is taken apart and put back together with microscopic detail.
