Projects are normally carried out in the form of
Feasibility Studies and/or Business Plans.
As
a company we can help plan a clients project, be it a company restructure, a new
product or a new start-up business. The
full project analysis, cash-flow, budgets etc can then either be handed to the
client to use as a blue-print for the project itself or we can manage a part of,
or, the entire project for the client. We normally break this down into four separate sectors: Plans & Profiles have undertaken project analysis (Feasibility Studies) for many companies and individuals over the years. These have ranged from Start-up Airlines, through a Bridal Dress Rental Company to a Grand-Prix Race Circuit in West Africa |

A project Analysis consists of fully analyzing
all aspects of the project.
From this analysis the time-from, costs and logistics of the project can be calculated. |

| From the project analysis, a full budget
can be calculated. Thus giving the ability to change and fine tune
different aspects of the project prior to any financial drains.
The budget includes everything from property to paperclips. |

how large or how small.
This research can take on many differing forms. From market research to logistical research. Every aspect of the project is taken apart and put back together with microscopic detail.
