PETER COLEMAN

DIRECTOR & CHAIRMAN
Peter is a Chairman of Plans and Profiles. Based in The South West of England
(Plans & Profiles, Ltd.) was started by Peter in 1976 and its head
office was moved to the USA
to Fort Lauderdale as Plans & Profiles, Inc., in 1993.
The business undertakes:
Advanced Business
Planning, Corporate Restructures, Company Profiles, Project Analysis, and
Feasibility Studies. Since the company’s conception, projects have been
undertaken in England, Scotland, Wales, Ireland, Italy, France, Germany,
Spain, Russia, The Channel Islands, Africa and the USA.
Born in England and educated at The Hugh Christie
College of Tonbridge, England and later at West Kent University of Tunbridge
Wells, Kent, England, Peter gained “A” level qualifications in
English, Mathematics and Science with "O" levels in Art, Geography
History Technical Drawing. Then, at West Kent, majoring in Business
Studies:-
Peter’s International Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC)
was
gained in 1973
Peters formal business plan training and business writing
development was undertaken while working with IVECO (UK) Ltd. (The
Industrial Vehicle Corporation). IVECO are the world’s largest manufacturers
of heavy trucks, plant and allied equipment. Peter was employed in the Southwest of
England as planning manager within the franchised dealer network. This
entailed trouble shooting and in depth analysis of businesses, analysis of the
problems, draw up a plan and/or strategy & implement changes before moving
on to the next situation,
This could take a few weeks for a small logistical
or cash flow problem, to several months for one of a serious financial or
mismanagement nature. This involved in depth computer, accounts, planning
and re-organization work.
Peter left to start his own business as a
free-lance consultant and formed Plans & Profiles, Ltd., in 1976.

3. Time Management Business Development Selling to Industry Negotiating
skills A, B and C. Sales Management Personnel Management A three-part course
- S.S.A.P. 21 accountancy practice. Fleet management. Computer Development
and Engineering 8-week course. Computer Programming and Software
Development.
In addition to the above Peter has planned, written and
delivered numerous training courses over the years on the subjects of
Advanced Business Planning.
