We will fully view a company, project or or
product with a feasibility view and build a full
financial model from all facts and figures
available. Our models are normally conducted for
use in feasibility studies and business plans
that are to be used for gaining, financing,
loans and investment.
Our models follow strict accounting practices
and are broken down by income and outgoings on a
monthly basis spread over the life of the loan
plus two years. As an example a three year term
would be broken down into a 60 month model (5
years) showing every line item, in and out,
within the company / project.
Each separate month shows the P & L for that
specific month and the notes section has full
descriptions and information of each line item
in full detail. It is no good to any
lender / investor if figures are placed in a
spread sheet and they have to guess where the
figures came from.
A full financial model is an absolute necessity
if any form of funding is required for any
company or project.
